Aborist Report

Tree Aborist Report

An arborist report is required by Council prior to any significant works on or around protected trees.

The impact of building works, site access, driveway upgrades, ground level alteration, or establishing and maintaining services around protected trees must be assessed by a consultant arborist.

This tree assessment will identify protected trees, or assess the volume of protected vegetation - as well as recommend tree protection procedures and construction methodologies for any works within the drip-line, or root-zone, of protected trees.

In situations where it is not practical, or possible, to retain a protected tree, an arborist report can support its removal - in accordance with local Council assessment criteria - while suggesting appropriate replanting as mitigation.

Lifestyle consultant arborists will work alongside engineers, architects, planning consultants and contractors, to simplify the planning process around protected vegetation and make submissions easier for the applicant.
