Arboricultural Consultancy
Land Use Consent

By viewing plans and visiting sites, we can identify protected trees and key arboricultural issues for property upgrades and developments.
Newly formed lots, without building plans, are assessed as vacant lot subdivisions. The impact of establishing site access and incoming services (electricity, water, telephone, sanitary sewer and stormwater drains) on protected trees and vegetation should be assessed at this stage of the planning process.
When building plans are submitted to Council, an arborist report will also be required, with a full assessment of the impact on protected trees of all activities involved with the development of the site.
We recommend applicants consult Lifestyle Tree Care at the pre-application stage of the project, as too regularly we are called upon to resolve unforeseen arboricultural issues or move forward stalled land use consent applications.
